How enquiry information is handled

Natyarpana Classical Dance Academy uses the information you enter in the class-enquiry form only to prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not store the form information in a website database. Nothing is sent until you review and send the message in WhatsApp.

Information you may provide

The enquiry may include a parent or guardian’s name, a student’s name and age, contact number, optional email address, previous dance experience, preferred batch and an optional message.

Why the information is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable classes and communicate about registration or attendance. Please do not submit sensitive personal or medical information through the form.

WhatsApp and email

When you choose to send an enquiry, your communication is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy terms. Messages may be retained as reasonably necessary to manage your enquiry and class communication.

Children’s photographs and videos

Photographs or videos of children should be published only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact the academy to ask about media permissions or request review of published material.

Your choices

You may ask for correction or deletion of enquiry information held in academy messages, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply.
